FAQ's

We have answered some of the most commonly asked questions below, however if you still need advice or help regarding any of our products please contact us

  • How do I place an order for Photo Gifts?
    1. Select which product you would like to order. 2. Add items to your basket 3. Make payment 4. Send us your photos via email to shop@thetwobonnys.com (this can be via an email attatchment, zip folder or by using a free website called WeTransfer) 5. We'll let you know that we have received your order, payment and photos (Please always check your spam/junk folders as our emails can sometimes end up hiding in there) 6. Once we have sent your confirmation, your order will take 2 working days to complete. 7. Your order will be posted out to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.
  • Are there any photo requirements?
    • Images are best in a jpeg format. • For the best printing results please ensure that each photo you send us is of the best quality possible. • Colour or Black & White images can be used • Any images that you send to us must be your own, or that you have permission to use them. Photo Magnets, Bottle Openers and Pocket Mirrors Any images that you send us will be cropped to suit the circular shape of the product. When cropping we’ll focus on the people or main subject in each photo unless otherwise specified by you. Photo Strips If not done so already by yourself, we will crop each image to the correct shape to fit your chosen layout as best as possible.   • How do I send you my photos?
    Your photos can be sent to us as an email attachment, zip folder or by using a website called WeTransfer. If you require help with sending over your images please let us know and we'll be happy to help guide you through the process. If you are ordering Photo Strips please number your images 01, 02, 03 etc before sending them across to us so that we know in which order to place them on each strip. Please take a look at the layout diagrams below for guidance.
  • How do I place an order for Wedding Gifts?
    1. EMAIL • Send an email to us at shop@thetwobonnys.com including all of the following information: 1. Your Name: 2. Your Postal Address: 3. Phone Number: (we will only use this if we can't contact you via email) 4. Products you require: 5. Quantity of products you require: 6. Design: Tell us the name that is under the design you'd like us to make. Alternatively you can send us a good quality image of what you'd like on your products 7. Colour: Tell us which colour you like. Alternatively you can send us an image that we can colour match to 8. Font: Tell us the number of the font you like 9. Wording: The text that you would like on each product. Please ensure that you double check that you have correctly entered the wording that you would like printed, including any capital letters and spellings ​ 2. CONFIRMATION • We'll let you know that we have received your order and send you an invoice so that you can make payment. 3. MOCK UP • Once we receive payment we will do a mock up of what your products will look like and send this to you for approval. • Please always check your spam/junk folders as our emails can sometimes end up hiding in there. 4. PRODUCTION • Once we've had the thumbs up from you to say that you are happy with the mock up we will make your place names in accordance with the choices and information you have given us. Your order will take 2 working days to complete. 5. DELIVERY • Your order will be posted out to you via Royal Mail Tracked 24. We'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.
  • How do I make payment?
    Photo Gift Orders Once you have put your chosen items in your basket you can checkout and pay with a credit/debit card via our secure payment system. Wedding Gift Orders We'll send you an email to let you know that we have received your order and also send you an invoice so that you can make payment. You can pay the invoice with a credit/debit card via our secure payment system or by bank transfer.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Photo Gift Orders Once we have received full payment and your photos, your order will be produced and posted out to you within 2 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number. Wedding Gift Orders Once we have received full payment and you have approved the mock up of your chosen products, your order will be produced and posted out to you within 2 days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We'll send you an email to let you know that your order is on it's way, along with a postal tracking number.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Photo Gift Orders If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of sending us your photos and order number. After this time we will do everything we can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order. Wedding Gift Orders If you wish to cancel your order you must contact us within 24 hours of approving your mock up/proof. After this time we will do everything we can, but if the items are already in production then unfortunately we cannot cancel or refund the order.
  • Can I return part or all of my order?
    Photo Gift and Wedding Gift Orders All products cannot be refunded, changed or exchanged as they will have been specifically made to your requirements and therefore cannot be re-used. If it was a mistake on our behalf or the product is faulty we will get a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.
